The IRP for Founders prepares your company for raising external venture capital. It is an effective and structured process carried out with the company’s founders under the guidance of a Certified IRP Instructor. The process includes five two-hour meetings and 8 tasks and takes place over a 5-10 week period. The result is the IRP Report which you can share online with angel investors which simplifies the due diligence for both parties. Data shows that more than 30% of IRP Certified companies are successful in rasing capital.
IRP for Investors supports angel investment to make the best investment decisions possible with an easy-to-use training and tool. It is a combined Online Angel Training and Due Diligence Tool for Angel Investors consisting of 10 online video lectures, 12 practical assignments and an easy-to-use 8 step evaluation tool to assess potential startups investment opportunities including an assessment summary which can be shared digitally with fellow investors for potential syndication.
Beels Consulting enables more and better investment deals between startup founders and angel investors. We offer pedagogic learning solutions in combination with software tools to enhance knowledge and to support the investment process for both startup founders and angel investors. Our mission is to provide value to our customers with a SaaS B2B licens business model, which means there is no commission or cut on the investment capital, hence Money to the makers.
We offer two products; IRP for Investors and IRP for Founders. The learning sessions are developed by Björn Larsson at Beels Consulting. Björn Larsson, is a serialentrepreneur and experienced angel investor but formost a pedagogical expert with more then 20 years in the edtech business.
The content in IRP for Investors is based on Bjorns own experiences as co-founder of Zoomability and Västerås Tech Invest and as a privat angel investor. Björn have taken angel training programs with Ph D. and author Lennart Ohlsson at Stockholms Affärsänglar (STOAF), Connect East and with the American angel investor and author Jason Calacanis. Beels have also developed IRP for Founders which is the most widely spread preparation process for raising capital for startups in the Nordics.
