Hydroc can save the natural and excess heat from the summer to be used during wintertime at disruptive cost levels. We develop a seasonal energy storage technology for heating and cooling. In the EU 25 % of all energy is used for heating and hot water and 90% of this comes from fossil energy. Hydroc did their IRP as part of the Vinnova EIC Booster Program 2024.
