Part of building a company, which all entrepreneurs must at least partially learn, is to understand how customers and investors think. If you want to attract investors, you must have a realistic plan and be able to both describe and follow it. Although I have been a lawyer and entrepreneur for many years, I had a lot to learn from IRP. The methodology, pedagogy and the rigor that the program pursues, was a perfect preparation for my latest investment round. The memory is good, but short, so there is reason to constantly repeat these lessons.
